Tabitha Stitchit Does Animal Cushions

People who know me know that I have been considering blogging for a while now.  I am hoping it will be a place to express creativity, showcase my sewing wares and muse on the various trappings of modern life.

We will see.

To begin, I will say this - I like to make things.  I make animal cushions to order, and I turn old scarves and scraps of material into beautiful, unique pairs of knickers, amongst other things.  On occasion I also sew bags and bunting, aprons and accessory holders.  I never use new materials - all my little sew and sews are "something new from something old"

Dear readers, please peruse two recently made cushions here and let me know your thoughts.

  3. Thank you both sew much (!). I am relatively new to sewing (started when bought a little Singer machine April 2011) so I am still working out what works, what doesnt, what I like and how best to translate ideas to fabric. Please keep reading for more of my 'little sew and sews', and any feedback is welcome... x
